Topic: “How to Handle Bankruptcy Cases in My Court”

HACBA is sponsoring a CLE luncheon that will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at noon at Birraporetti’s Restaurant, 500 Louisiana (basement level), Houston Texas 77002.  We are pleased to have U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jeffrey P. Norman speaking on “How to Handle Bankruptcy Cases in My Court.”

As most of you know, Judge Norman was a consumer bankruptcy practitioner here in the Houston area for many years. Then he became a chapter 13 trustee in Ohio, so he has experience as a trustee. Then he became a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Western District of Louisiana. Now he has accepted a judgeship here in Houston. We are very glad to have him back! Please come listen to how Judge Norman will be handling bankruptcy cases in his court.

Registration fee $40.00 for HACBA members and their non-attorney staff, $30 for court and U.S. Trustee's Office staff and law students, $45.00 for non-HACBA members, includes your meal, iced tea, soda, coffee and dessert.
